OUR PHILOSOPHY

​​Massage is an important part of any wellness plan and has many benefits: it increases blood flow, eases stress, relieves muscle tension, boosts the immune system, curbs headaches and manages anxiety/depression to name a few. No matter where you are in your journey of health and wellness, massage is one of the best things you can do to keep healthy and pain free!

Cancellation Policy:

 

You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.
